Connecticut Apartment Association Nutmeg Awards

Judging will be on a point value system.

Each item that is required per the application below will be scored one point for being present.

Additionally, each description, report, review, etc. will be judged by an Association Management Team member from another state.

These will be based on the criteria you are to be demonstrating on a scale from 1 to 5.

All optional materials will be given 1 point for being present and given a 1-3 score based on the amount of additional value the item adds to the application.

This award will be given to a property or vendor member who has demonstrated their ability to:

  • Positively impact his or her property, community, or another individual by doing something far beyond the normal realm of daily duties
  • Action or program should have had a major positive or transformational effect on another individual, a property or a community
  • Showcase their commitment to philanthropy and service through volunteerism and service to CTA
