1. Eligibility

1.1. Participants must meet all eligibility requirements outlined in the event's official rules to be considered for an award.

1.2. The event is open to all current CTAA members in good standing.

1.3. Employees of the CTAA, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

2. Nominations and Submissions

2.1. All nominations and submissions must be received by October 25, 2024, to be considered.

2.2. Submissions must be the original work of the entrant and must not infringe on any third-party rights.

2.3. The organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify any submission that does not adhere to the guidelines or is deemed inappropriate.

3. Judging Process

3.1. The judging panel will consist of National Apartment Association Affiliate staff members.

3.2. Judging will be conducted based on nominees’ ability to demonstrate the noted points in each award category.

3.3. The decisions of the judges are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the decisions.

4. Awards

4.1. Award winners will be announced on December 12, 2024, at the Pink and Gold Gala.

4.2. The organizing committee reserves the right not to present an award in any category if a sufficient standard of entry is not met.

4.3. Awards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other substitutes.

5. Promotion and Publicity

5.1. By participating in the event, entrants agree to allow the organizing committee to use their name, likeness, and submission for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

6. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

6.1. Participants acknowledge that all submissions remain the intellectual property of the entrant, but by submitting, they grant the organizing committee a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the submission for the purpose of the awards event.

6.2. Any confidential information provided during the submission process will be handled in accordance with the event's privacy policy.
